Dear Dr. Reccord, My comment has nothing to with anything posted. You may remember I was in a seminary class at First Baptist of Norfolk about 10 yrs. ago and have been working with World Changers as a Const. Coor for several years now. The reason I am writing, I have been woundering what you were doing after leaving NAMB. I was at the East Coast Men Conference and one of the speaker spoke of you, so afterwards I asked him how to get in touch. I found this site and needed to write to you. I am on the pastor search committee of South Norfolk Baptist church. I see that you are very involved in speaking around the country, however if you feel God is leading you to pastor in a church again I would love to hear from you. No, that is not what I mean to say, I would love to hear from you no matter what, but we are looking for a new pastor and feel God put your name on my heart for a reason. Thanks George. I am honored. That you would think so kindly of me is really special to me and I thank you for that. While I am appreciative of it I must say that I think I am right where I need to be….speaking in various forums across the country, consulting and writing. I do not forsee changing from this direction any time soon.
I wish you the best as you move forward in looking for the man God has for your church!
